Printing

On our rotary screen printing machine Buser we print cotton fabrics up to width 180cm. Designs can have up to 16 colors and it is posible to combine them in various color variations. We have large collection of designs and we are able to create custom screens.

Our basic articles are 100% cotton:

• DIANA - Plain, Ne 20x20, 26x24, weight 150 g/m², widht 150 cm
• SATEEN - Sateen 4/1, Ne 40x40, 50x32, weight 130 g/m², widht 140 cm
• ELMOSA (Flannel) - Plain, Ne 24x8, 18x16, weight 175 g/m², widht 140 cm
• ARUNA - Plain, Ne 40x40, 44x31, weight 115 g/m², widht 150 cm

Minimal quantity for production order is 800 meters per color variation.
Delivery date is approximately 3 weeks from confirmed order.

Dyeing

We are able to dye wide range of color shades as per customers requirements. We mainly use reactive and vat dyes. Final fabric can be also chlorine washing restistive and suitable for hospitals.

Finishing

We are able to provide whole range of various finishing:

• Softening and anticrease finishing
• Easy Care finishing
• Hydrophobic finishin
• Oleophobic finish
• Antishring finishing
